Using Fluoride Rinse for At Home Whitening

Do not swallow the mouth rinse. It has to be spit. Most of the fluoride rinses can be toxic if you swallow a large amount of it.

For it to be more effective, avoid eating, drinking or smoking for the next thirty minutes after you use it.
